You have 15 days from the date you receive your Burner to request a return and refund, as long as the product is unused and sealed in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned Burner, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
