If a top up isn't going through, the fix usually depends on where you ran into the problem. Find your situation below.
Choosing an amount
Confirm you're adding at least the $10 minimum.
Choosing how to pay
A debit card is the most reliable way to top up.
If you're paying with Apple Pay, it must be backed by a debit card. Credit cards are not supported through Apple Pay.
To use a credit card, choose "Debit or Credit Card" in the payment selection screen, then select Credit Card in the top up window. Credit cards can work, but they don't always go through, so we recommend a debit card if you run into trouble.
Setting up your top up provider
If you're prompted for an email address while setting up your top up provider, such as Topper or Stripe, try a different email address. This can sometimes resolve issues that prevent a top up from completing.
Burner Pay shows you the best price by default, but switching to a different provider can sometimes help if one isn't working.
