Why can't I pay my invoice?

Learn what to do when your balance is too low or you have insufficient funds to pay an invoice.

To pay an invoice, your Burner Pay balance needs to cover the full amount due. If your balance is lower than the amount due, you won't be able to pay yet, and you'll see an option to add funds before paying.

To fix this, top up enough to cover the full invoice amount. Keep in mind the minimum top up is $10, so even for a small invoice you'll add at least $10. Anything you don't use stays in your balance for next time.
